The Ramona Home of
Charlene Lawler and Jeff Biletnikoff

As you approach Charlene and Jeff's beautiful home you view an impressive front garden that joins their 2,000 sq.  ft.  Home and three car garage.  The many half barrels placed within the yard, contain a variety of colorful Salvia plants, the seeds of which were imported from distant exotic places throughout the world.  A fountain under Scrub Oak trees in the yard's center, plus the impressive color of blooming plants cast an array of joy and contentment.  Seven fountains can be viewed throughout the property.

A Beveled Oak door opens to a tile entry and beige carpet leading to a step down living room on the left.  Inside, three windows capture the beautiful front yard view.  Charlene has designed and created the curtains and drapes within the home, plus painted the faux walls.  The primary colors here are of rusty muted red and soft gold.  A brown leather chair and sofa are comfortably placed; a four tiered shelf containing cloisonne vases and pottery add visual interest to the living room.

One cannot miss the picturesque wall up the dinning area, with painted window and brick walls encased with bougainvillea's; again, created by Charlene Their unique dining table is made of old railroad ties, while the chair's backings are of Camel leather from India.

Continuing, the room on the right contains an antiquated oak trunk and settee.
Notice the beautiful red vase on the left as you enter the kitchen with carmel tile counter tops, oak cabinetry and black appliances; enhanced with more lovely designed walls.  The kitchen adjoins the family room with off white sofa and chair, large TV, plus an oak desk with rollaway top, an old trunk in the center and rocking chair exuding a warm and comfortable feel to this area.  Glass doors lead to the patio.

A small bathroom down the hall contains a designer's sink vanity.  Notice the complimentary molding on the ceiling.  Further down is the Master Suite with a four poster bed containing soft white bedding.  On the variegated oak vanity with mirror, hangs an exquisitely designed baby's dress--her Mothers; accented with ballet slippers containing dried flowers.  An oak chest of drawers matches the vanity.

There are antique closet doors and an old child's school desk holding a lamp as you enter the bath area with double sinks on beige tile.  The door on the right has toilet, shower and bath.  This bedroom has glassed doors leading out to a lovely outside area.

As Master Gardener, Jeff has created a most desirable and accomplished garden.  Both sides of the back yard have high fencing holding a vast collection of Sun Faces.  The back wall of the house holds a spectacular Stag Horned Fern, many identified potted plants and established foliage have been artistically placed in the ground.
